Vern is a certified orthopedic manual physical therapist and a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT).  He has been with OSSR since 1993.  He is co-owner of the practice and is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO).  In addition, Vern has served as faculty at the University of Puget Sound in the Physical Therapy doctoral program.  He has been a  Clinical Instructor to countless physical therapy students across the country.
