Sports Rehabilitation & Conditioning
Physical Conditioning and therapeutic exercise are important elements of most rehabilitation programs. Physical conditioning maximizes functional capabilities through exercise, utilizing both regional and whole body exercise to stimulate physiological changes in the cardiovascular, neuromusculoskeletal, and proprioceptive systems. Exercise programs may include stretching techniques, strengthening, trunk stabilization, and/or aerobic components. Your program will be tailored specifically for you, based on findings from a comprehensive musculoskeletal and biomechanical examination, as well as your individual needs and goals.
