Work Conditioning is a 5 day per week individualized rehabilitation program designed to prepare the injured worker for return to work.

Work Conditioning is a 5 day per week individualized rehabilitation program designed to prepare the injured worker for return to work.

A rehabilitation program that prepares a client for return to work through conditioning to improve biomechanical, neuromuscular, cardiovascular and metabolic functions of a worker, with real or simulated work activities.

 A Work Conditioning Program is a 5 day per week program providing one hour each of both physical and occupational therapy for a total of two hours of treatment per day.  This program focuses on musculoskeletal and cardiovascular conditioning while incorporating instruction in functional body mechanics as related to required work activities.  Work pacing and symptom negotiation are included as needed.
