Supervisor / Director of Occupational Health Services
We are a multi-disciplinary setting driven by Industrial Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy and Hand Therapy. As the oldest private practice in Washington State providing Industrial Rehabilitative services we are proud of where we’ve been and excited to where YOU might help us go. The patient side of this position includes developing and monitoring programs for WC/WH patients, administering PCE/FCEs as well as on-site job analyses/modifications and work simulations. The position will also include duties such as staff supervision, mentoring clinical education students and strong emphasis on marketing. Our OT team works together with the PT side of the house to emphasize patient education, prevention techniques and progression of treatment towards independent exercise and conditioning programs.
